Deposit is separate and would be collected via Credit card imprint when you come to store to pick up. Deposit is never charged unless item is damaged or of total loss. Charges would vary depending on the damage up to the deposit amount. This would really apply to all rentals as all rental have a deposit.

we have to right to substitute a similar items if we are out of stock of an item. Also that there is a 30 min window of when we will arrive.
