Party Starts Here Online Store Return Policy
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for Halloween costumes within 5 days from reciept of product or not later then Monday October 15th. Costumes must be returned in original packaging, unaltered, undamaged and free of body odors, with the customer paying the return shipping. Costume accessories and Wigs are not returnable. Non Seasonal party supplies and decorations may be returned within 30 days of purchase, with the buyer paying the return Shipping.
Party Starts Here Retail Location Return Policy
No Returns or exchanges on any costume or costume accessory, non seasonal party supplies and decorations may be returned to the store within 30 days of purchase with original receipt and package un opened. If the receipt is lost store credit only will be issued and cannot be used online.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
Party Starts Here offers FREE shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 by UPS
Ground. Items are usually shipped next business day and have a transit time
of approximately 3-5 days depending on the area of the country. We do not
process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out
on Monday. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, you may purchase Next Day
or 2nd Day Shipping at an additional charge. Please note that all orders
over $700 require a signature upon delivery.
