Pick up requires a large SUV with seats folded down.

The Party Starts Here is NOT responsible for balloon garlands once they have been picked up from the store.

Local Delivery

Our delivery window is between 10am and 4pm. During checkout, you will have the option to select a 2-hour delivery time slot.

While we do our best to accommodate requested windows, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time due to multiple deliveries and traffic conditions. If you require delivery at a specific time, please call us prior to placing your order so we can discuss options.

Cancellation & Change Policy

• To receive a full refund, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time.

• Orders cannot be changed or canceled on the day of delivery or pickup. Balloons are inflated in advance and are non-refundable once inflated.

• Delivery and in-store pickup modifications are subject to availability.

• Address changes are permitted only if the order has not yet been delivered.

• If an incorrect address is provided and delivery is attempted, a $20 address correction fee will apply. The Party Starts Here is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. In such cases, the customer assumes full responsibility for the purchase.
