Choose your favorite colors and up to 2 number mylar balloons, and our Party Starts Here team will create a beautifully coordinated arrangement perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and milestone celebrations.

Our staff will thoughtfully select coordinating ribbons and a balloon weight that perfectly complement your color palette, ensuring a polished and cohesive look.

• 10– 12" Latex Balloons
• Up to 2 – 16" Number Mylar Balloons
• 1 Coordinating Balloon Weight

Customers may choose up to 10 latex balloons and up to 2 number mylars. Colors and numbers are subject to availability.

Important Information

This item cannot be shipped.
Helium-filled balloons are available for local pickup or delivery only.

Balloon ribbons and weights will be selected to coordinate with your bouquet’s color scheme.

Due to supply availability, if a selected color or foil balloon is out of stock, it will be substituted with a similar color or style.

All latex balloons are treated with Hi-Float to maximize float time. Please note that confetti balloons typically float for approximately 6–8 hours.

Local Delivery

Our delivery window is between 10am and 4pm. During checkout, you may select a 2-hour delivery window.

While we do our best to accommodate requested time frames, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to multiple deliveries and traffic conditions.

Cancellation & Change Policy

• To receive a full refund, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time.

• Orders cannot be changed or canceled on the day of delivery or pickup, as balloons are inflated in advance and are non-refundable once inflated.

• Delivery and pickup modifications are subject to availability.

• Address changes are only accepted if the order has not yet been delivered.

• If an incorrect address is provided and delivery is attempted, a $20 address correction fee will apply. Party Starts Here is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. In such cases, the customer assumes full responsibility for the purchase.
